Shipping Policy — Peptides Ireland

1. Overview

All orders placed on peptidesireland.ie are fulfilled directly by Peptides Ireland. Every order is dispatched with full tracking so you can monitor your delivery from dispatch to door.


2. Order Processing

Orders are processed 7 days a week, but note that there is no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

  • Orders placed with payment received before 12:00 PM (noon) on a business day will be dispatched same day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched before 5pm same day but will not make it in time for next day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will most likely be shipped the following Monday, but we will try our best to get it out on Friday afternoon.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by Courier operational delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched.

Note that orders to addresses in Ireland will not be subject to customs.

5. Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number


6. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Ireland and Mainland Europe only. We do not ship outside of the EU at this time.


7. Customs and Import Duties (EU)

As Ireland is an EU member state, orders shipped within the EU benefit from the EU single market — no customs duties apply for standard intra-EU shipments. 


8. Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Peptides Ireland is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being provided.

If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.


9. Damaged or Lost in Transit / Stolen from doorstep

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. For orders that appear to be lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed and we will investigate with our courier.

Note that we are not responsible for items marked as delivered by the courier, but stolen from your doorstep / claimed to have not been received. If tracking confirms that the item has been delivered to the address you provided, you will need to contact the courier directly to resolve.
