This website, peptidesireland.ie ("the Site"), is operated by Peptides Ireland ("we", "us", "our"). We are based in Ireland and supply research-grade peptide products exclusively within Ireland and the European Union.

By accessing or placing an order through this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold on peptidesireland.ie are intended strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only.

  • Products are not for human consumption, veterinary use, or any in vivo application.
  • Products must not be used as food, drugs, cosmetics, or household chemicals.
  • By purchasing, you confirm that you understand the nature of the products and will use them solely for lawful research purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we have reason to believe products will be used outside of their intended research context.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Are a qualified researcher, scientist, or professional purchasing for legitimate research purposes
  • Are located in Ireland or a member state of the European Union
  • Are not purchasing on behalf of any person intending to use the products for human or veterinary consumption

We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to cancel orders where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

4. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, in accordance with Irish and EU tax law.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, specifications, and pricing at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

An order placed through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

We will retain a record of your order in accordance with our legal obligations.

6. Payment

We accept payment methods as listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.

Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship exclusively to addresses within Ireland and the European Union.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection (peptides) 
  • Goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly under certain conditions (Peptides)

Note: As our products are sold for research purposes, the withdrawal right may be limited in certain circumstances. If in doubt, please contact us before purchasing.

9. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only where products are:

  • Defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrectly supplied

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at peptimedsales@protonmail.com with photographic evidence . We reserve the right to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of our products
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim
  • We make no warranties as to the fitness of products for any particular purpose beyond their stated research application

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer under applicable EU law.
